Example Subjects
-
Minister Aaron & Antoinette Hopkins, South Side Family Farms
“We produce plants—fruit on the vine—as agents of change towards better food access, equity, quality, and fair food. We want to sustain and equip generations going forward through knowledge transfer and learning to grow food and food systems.”
-
Cynthia Jang and son Haryoon
The Jang family has been making Kimchi for generations. Cynthia’s mother taught her the recipe and she has passed it to Haryoon.
-
Mike & Katrina Kruse, Narrow Road Homestead
“We have been able to see and taste the difference in what we raise compared to conventionally grown, and we want to share that with our community. It isn't easy, it is the narrow road we choose to be on, but that is what God has called us to do.”
